This project is an office tower located at 400 Bellemeade in downtown Greensboro. The building stands nine stories tall and is adjacent to the Greensboro Grasshoppers ballpark.
This expansion for TriQuint Semiconductor, dba Qorvo, included site work, shell and office and lab upfits on their Greensboro, NC campus. The building is a 150,000 square foot, three-story conventional steel structure with an exterior skin system that includes brick, arriscraft stone, EIFS, metal panels and storefront glazing with curtainwall. This high-tech concept building is designed for vibration mitigation and, with its highly complex mechanical and electrical systems, is able to support 35,000 square foot of electronics laboratory space that requires humidity and static electricity control systems.
The lobby atrium features a three-story monumental stair with glass rails and epoxy terrazzo stair tread panels.
The Charles Aris Office Building is located in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina on the corner of Battleground Ave and North Green Street. The new three-story, 31,000 square foot office building was built over an existing basement-turned parking deck.
The building features a large entry atrium designed in the shape of the Charles Aris logo, with three floors of open office space surrounded by glass exterior walls.
This project achieved the distinguished LEED Silver Certification.
This 111,200 square foot Charter K-12 School project includes a complete renovation of the existing 90,000 square foot building, the new construction of a four-story stair tower addition to the office building, and the construction of a new 19,000 square foot gymnasium/auditorium with attached school offices.
The stair tower, office and gymnasium are conventional steel construction with masonry exterior walls and are all attached to the office building. The office building required doubling the bathroom capacity, a completely new roof-top HVAC package and a completely new floor plan for the school’s classroom requirements. Landmark completed the renovation in five months so that the school could move-in for the upcoming school year.
This surgical center is over 60,000 square feet, and includes 13 operating rooms, four procedure rooms, a 10-bed extended care facility and all supporting ancillary areas. Landmark worked closely with the owner and design team to expedite the construction schedule against a very complicated building design. Landmark utilized a BIM Box with 3D models at this site, enabling all job site personnel have access to real-time project data.
Located in Greensboro, NC this two-story 35,000 square foot building features office and medical office space. The first story is occupied by Coley Cosmetic & Hand Surgery Center. This medical office space features a waiting room with a reception desk, exam rooms and a surgery suite. The second story is occupied by Compass Financial and includes a reception foyer, private offices and a large conference room.
This 6,000 square foot medical facility offers walk-in minor emergency and general medical care. The building is a wood framed structure with EIFS and masonry exterior and a wood trussed standing seam metal roof.
Serving as a multi-tenant medical office building, this 34,962 square foot, two-story facility includes a pre-cast parking deck with elevated entrance off the parking deck. Features include a clear story glass atrium, high performance glass system, and exposed architectural steel framing. The project incorporated extensive shoring and underpinning of existing structures due to confined CBD site.
