This multi-purpose building serves as a home for The Salvation Army, The Boys and Girls Club and a daycare. With each entity occupying separate wings of the building, they are unified by an open, two-story lobby filled with natural light from the clerestory windows.

In addition to the daycare center, the property includes a chapel, gymnasium, fellowship and community rooms, kitchen, learning centers, game room and offices. The outdoor play space and playground allow for additional learning and social activities.

Landmark completed the new Youth Education Wing addition at Calvary Church in Greensboro, NC. The 29,500 square foot addition includes a lobby, classrooms, two auditoriums and a large lounge area. The building was constructed with a conventional steel structure, brick veneer, EIFS exterior walls and a TPO membrane roof.

Favorable weather and no delays allowed us to finish this project six weeks ahead of schedule.

This three-story, 17,000 square foot renovation at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. The project entailed converting an existing school building to their new Parish Life Center, including major structural modifications to the existing structure for a new HVAC system and a four-stop elevator.

The project also included creating classrooms, relocating the main church offices, building a full commercial kitchen to go along with a large banquet hall and an outdoor patio area.

Landmark recently completed this three-story, 17,700 square foot school addition at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School in Greensboro, North Carolina. The project includes classrooms with large windows, a media center and a brightly colored corridor with lockers.

During the onset of the project, the students, teachers, staff and parish members participated in a ground breaking ceremony by marking stones with their hopes for the new school. These stones will be incorporated into the foundation of the building.
