Revolution Academy

Revolution Academy is a new K-8 charter school in Summerfield, NC. The 63,500 square foot school features two-stories of classrooms, a large gymnasium, library, open gathering area, multiple offices, and a custom built desk in the front office.

RISE Indoor Sports

RISE Indoor Sports is one of the largest and most accessible indoor sports complexes in the Southeast US. With eight regulation basketball courts, 12 volleyball courts, two turf fields, pickleball courts, a performance training center, and a fitness/cardio studio, this facility is designed to accommodate both local sports and fitness programs as well as large-scale tournaments. There is a smoothie bar, break area, game day lounge, and bleachers for spectators and athletes.

River Oaks Community Church Discipleship Building

This 40,662 square foot addition to River Oaks Community Church includes multiple group meeting spaces, a small kitchen and an indoor playground. Renovations to the existing coffee bar, sanctuary, admin area and corridors were also completed during this time.

North Carolina Leadership Academy

This project is a new middle and high school on the campus of North Carolina Leadership Academy. The 17,680 square foot middle school includes 12 classrooms and one large multipurpose room. The 45,700 square foot high school includes two floors of classrooms and a gymnasium with a stage and weight room.

Cornerstone Charter Academy

This 111,200 square foot Charter K-12 School project includes a complete renovation of the existing 90,000 square foot building, the new construction of a four-story stair tower addition to the office building, and the construction of a new 19,000 square foot gymnasium/auditorium with attached school offices.

The stair tower, office and gymnasium are conventional steel construction with masonry exterior walls and are all attached to the office building. The office building required doubling the bathroom capacity, a completely new roof-top HVAC package and a completely new floor plan for the school’s classroom requirements. Landmark completed the renovation in five months so that the school could move-in for the upcoming school year.

Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church

This extensive 111,243 square foot, seven-phased church project was performed over two years and included renovations to the interior classrooms, dining hall and restrooms, sanctuary, adult education, chapel, and administrative areas.

Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church

Landmark completed demolitions and extensive renovations and additions at Mt. Tabor UMC in Winston-Salem, NC. The scope of this project included a new 15,400 square foot Contemporary Worship Center, Choir Room and Welcome Center. This new multi-story structure ties together the existing church offices, fellowship hall and traditional worship sanctuary and is built between the existing buildings and bordered by a graveyard that is a mere 10 feet from the back of the new building.

In addition, a new 14,390 square foot, two-story classroom building was constructed after the demolition of circa 1920s and 1950s buildings.

Caldwell Academy Student Life Center

This new student life center is 36,366 square feet and was built as an addition to to the Caldwell Academy campus. The student life center features a cafeteria / common area, three 6th grade classrooms, band room, chorus room and art room.
