FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital Dialysis Unit
Landmark Builders completed construction of inpatient and outpatient dialysis unit renovations at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC. The outpatient portion of the project, formerly lab space, was renovated to support the new dialysis function. The third floor inpatient unit was renovated to increase its functionality, including additional beds and nurse call stations. In both renovated areas, the finishes were upgraded, the dialysis filtration boxes were concealed in cabinetry, and new flooring, window treatments and wall coverings were installed.
The renovated facility will consist of dialysis stations to provide dialysis services to patients six days a week. The center will be staffed by registered nurses specially trained in dialysis care.
Church Street Medical Office Buildings I, II & III
This project includes three medical office buildings and a standalone parking garage on an 8.5 acre site in Greensboro, NC. The medical office buildings contain over 155,000 SF of medical office space.
Building I is a three-story medical office building constructed for multi-tenant occupancy. This building features large spanning windows on all three floors, and coffered ceilings on the interior.
Building II houses two main tenants; a orthopedic office and a neurological suite. This structure is constructed to support a mobile MRI unit and radiation treatment equipment.
Building III contains six smaller tenants including a ear nose and throat clinic as well as an ear specialist. Both Buildings II and III feature unique corner floor-to-ceiling window elements.
Carolina Donor Services
This 11,500 square foot, single story clinic serves as an organ procurement center in Winston-Salem, NC. The facility is constructed with a structural steel and metal stud exterior frame with brick veneer, custom metal wall panels, and TPO roof system.
Arbor Acres Asbury Memory Care Center
This 8,950 square foot memory care center addition doubled Arbor Acres’ patient capacity. The Memory Care center features 12 patient rooms, and large meeting and sitting areas.
This facility also features a covered walk-way to connect patients to the Health Center.
SECU Family House
Located on nine acres directly adjacent to the Hospice & Palliative Care Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, this 33,894 square foot facility provides temporary housing for out-of-town patients and their families. SECU Family House providing 45 guest rooms, each with private baths. Other amenities include a common area living, dining and kitchen area, laundry facilities, patio and chapel.
Moses Cone Hospital Renovations
Landmark Builders has completed over 150,000 square feet of hospital renovations at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. Renovation projects include:

Novant Urology Partners
Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, this medical office building features a large waiting / entrance space with reception desk, multiple exams rooms and nurses stations. Technology is integrated in this project with flat screen access in exam rooms and a private urology lab on location.
This project was completed ahead of schedule.
