Church Street Medical Office Buildings I, II & III

This project includes three medical office buildings and a standalone parking garage on an 8.5 acre site in Greensboro, NC. The medical office buildings contain over 155,000 SF of medical office space. Building I is a three-story medical office building constructed for multi-tenant occupancy. This building features large spanning windows on all three floors, and coffered ceilings on the interior. Building II houses two main tenants; a orthopedic office and a neurological suite. This structure is constructed to support a mobile MRI unit and radiation treatment equipment. Building III contains six smaller tenants including a ear nose and throat clinic as well as an ear specialist. Both Buildings II and III feature unique corner floor-to-ceiling window elements.
