Landmark Builders constructed the exterior signage and hardscape for this project as well.

Forsyth Medical Center Imaging

Located in close proximity to Forsyth Medical Center and Medical Park Hospitals in Winston-Salem, NC, this 38,900 square foot, two-story medical office building includes a data center, two MRI suites and two CT/scan suites. Additional phases in construction include diagnostic rooms, dexa room, CT/scan room, conference room, fluoro room, waiting room, scheduling room and kitchen renovations.

This 10,850 square foot medical facility includes vaulted waiting room, 17 exam rooms, shot clinic to accommodate 80 people, breakroom, complete kitchen, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, and custom cabinetry.

This 4,136 square foot eye care center was constructed of metal stud framing, brick veneer and EIFS stone walls, and TPO roof system. Amenities include accent walls in offices and display area.

This 70,484 square foot, four-story, single tenant office building is situated in Kimel Park, Winston-Salem, NC. The facility includes a standing seam metal facade system with a two- story open atrium and marble inlay floors.

Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church

Landmark completed demolitions and extensive renovations and additions at Mt. Tabor UMC in Winston-Salem, NC. The scope of this project included a new 15,400 square foot Contemporary Worship Center, Choir Room and Welcome Center. This new multi-story structure ties together the existing church offices, fellowship hall and traditional worship sanctuary and is built between the existing buildings and bordered by a graveyard that is a mere 10 feet from the back of the new building.

In addition, a new 14,390 square foot, two-story classroom building was constructed after the demolition of circa 1920s and 1950s buildings.

MullenLowe

This project consisted of a 34,726 square foot renovation to existing space in the historic, but newly named ‘525@vine’ building in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter in Winston-Salem.

This state-of-the-art office space is home to ad agency Mullen Communications, and uses an open floor concept to encourage a creative culture. The office has multiple collaboration spaces and open meeting rooms, as well as a large break area with full kitchen and lounge area. The custom-designed photo studio, sound studio and three edit suites provide post-production services for broadcast television and web content.

Avid Solutions

This 20,200 square foot, one-story office building was completed for Avid Solutions, a systems integration company, who relocated their Winston-Salem operations.

The building consists of a structural steel frame with metal stud exterior walls clad with alternating sections of brick and metal panels and a TPO roof. The building incorporates many sustainable systems including a solar panel array on the roof and LED lighting with motion sensors and smart technology to help reduce electrical costs.
