This project involved the historic renovation of an office area for the expansion and relocation of the Linville/Team offices. Located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, NC, this modern office upfit features tall ceilings, refinished original wood flooring and an open concept.
This new 6,500 square foot branch office is located in Winston-Salem, NC. The two-story building features a drive-up teller window and ATM, large lobby, seating area and offices. The second floor of the building features a conference room, offices and file/storage rooms.
The office features high-end finishes throughout, including a custom staircase and glass conference room.
This project consists of a new showroom and service area renovations totaling 29,000 square feet. The showroom interior features new mechanical and electrical systems, hard tile, carpet and glass walls. The new service area features customer drop-off and specialty lighting.
This project consisted of a new Acura showroom, two-level parking deck and service building addition. The new 8,000 square foot showroom features a skylight system, wood architectural features and tile walls.
Located on the Arbor Acres campus, this fitness center addition includes an aquatic center with multiple pools, a group exercise room and an indoor track. Connected to Corpening Apartments by an indoor corridor with a lounge, the fitness center is easily accessible to all community residents.
Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina this medical office building totals over 22,000 square feet. The facility features a monumental stairway with clerestory skylights and an expansive waiting room.
An operating room suite was a subsequent renovation to Piedmont Ear Nose & Throat Associates. The renovation included the addition of a new procedure and holding room, new restrooms, clean and dirty rooms and a nurse / administration station.
Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, this 9,900 square foot outpatient surgical center is North Carolina’s first physician-owned Ear, Nose and Throat ASC. This surgical center is located just blocks from Piedmont Ear Nose and Throat Associates’ medical office building. This specialized facility allows the opportunity for patients to undergo outpatient procedures at a convenient location.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and includes two operating room with full pre-op, recovery and administration spaces.
Located at 170 Kimel Park, this 37,013 square foot, two-story medical office facility was followed by a 30,673 square foot, two-story facility at 180 Kimel Park. Both include high performance glass, exterior masonry detailing, extensive interior millwork and two-story grade level parking.
