This project for Digestive Health Specialists is a two-story medical office upfit in Kimel Park. The space was designed with the patient's visit experience in mind, with traditional exam rooms and an infusion area on the lower level and procedures occurring on the upper level.
The project also features specialty medical equipment in the pathology lab, decontamination area, and procedure rooms.
This project is a 35,171 square foot medical office building in Kimel Park, one of the premier medical office parks in Winston-Salem, NC. The three-story shell building has a drive-through drop off with canopy, high-end finishes, and space to house multiple medical practices.
TW Garner Food Company expanded its operations in Winston-Salem, NC with a new 169,735 square foot warehouse and distribution center. The building features a large open warehouse for raw material and product storage, freezers and coolers for cold food storage, 33 loading docks, and office space. TW Garner's industrial building was designed and constructed with future expansion of the building in mind. Three walls are permanent tilt-up concrete walls, and the fourth is designed to be removed for a future addition.
This project represents a 139,192 square foot headquarters facility for Second Harvest Food Bank. It contains a two-story office area along with 106,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space. The building features four commercial kitchens, event space, multiple cold storage units, loading docks, and drive-through canopies. Second Harvest Food Bank's new facility has allowed the company to consolidate its previous headquarter building, along with three other leased facilities, and more than a dozen storage vehicles into one location.
This project is a 15,000 square foot renovation of an existing retail space for the new tenant, Rock Outdoors. The interior buildout showcases the outdoor sports store's latest boats, fishing gear, kayaks and other merchandise. It is complete with custom built-in display cabinetry, office space, fitting rooms, and the addition of a garage door. The project also included a total façade refresh.
This project is a 610,000 square foot distribution center for Ardagh. The tilt-wall building sits on 32 acres of land. It features a 40' clear height, 5,000 square feet of office space and more than 40 dock doors. Construction completed less than 15 months after project award.
Located in Winston-Salem, Wallburg Spec is a 250,000 square foot speculative warehouse. It features tilt-wall construction and 21 dock doors. The building is designed for one tenant and can be subdivided for multiple tenants.
This independent living cottage renovation at Salemtowne included a total kitchen refresh, complete window replacement, and new flooring and paint throughout. A screen porch was also added to the back of the cottage. The renovation was closely coordinated with the resident and Salemtowne to ensure it met and exceeded the resident's needs.
