The 66,204 square foot manufacturing facility includes a warehouse, a production area, quality control labs, and offices. The facility is the international company's first compounding manufacturing plant in the United States.

The existing building was upfit to meet the needs of Polykemi and a 10,000 square foot tilt-wall space was added for an expanded manufacturing area. The building features a large production area, product storage, labs, offices, a locker room, and a two-story mezzanine. This project is Polykemi's first manufacturing facility in the United States.
