Salemtowne Cottage Renovation

This independent living cottage renovation at Salemtowne included a total kitchen refresh, complete window replacement, and new flooring and paint throughout. A screen porch was also added to the back of the cottage. The renovation was closely coordinated with the resident and Salemtowne to ensure it met and exceeded the resident's needs.

This 24,000 square foot office building is located in uptown Charlotte, NC. Landmark renovated an existing warehouse on the site and subdivided the space into five micro-units for small businesses.

This 16,500 square foot office upfit is located in downtown Winston-Salem. The existing 8th floor was renovated to become a coworking office space for Flywheel.

WFBH Wilkes Hematology & Oncology

The 7,200 square foot renovation at Wake Forest Baptist Health Wilkes involved the conversion of administration space into a high volume clinical space. The new Hematology/Oncology unit features 10 infusion rooms, two private infusion rooms, nine exams rooms and office space. Construction occurred within an occupied hospital.

The Variable

The Variable is an office upfit on two floors within Bailey South in Winston-Salem, NC. Connecting the two floors is a 100-person, double-height amphitheater for presentations and larger meetings. The office also features open workspace, conference rooms, private offices, a break room, and several flexible work stations.
