Our office renovation for Morrisette Packaging transformed their workspace to support collaboration while preserving company legacy. The project included a refreshed welcome lobby, modernized break room, updated offices and corridors, and purposeful collaboration areas. A highlight is the carefully curated Historical Morrisette Artifact Room, honoring the company's rich heritage while embracing the future.
Vecoplan
The 99,800-square-foot Vecoplan facility renovation transformed a shell building into a warehouse and office suite with full glass doors, ceramic tile finishes, and the addition of a second-story mezzanine, creating a completely rejuvenated space.
Rock Outdoors
At 40,000 SF, Rock Outdoors in Hardy, VA combines a showroom and retail space with an open and inviting design. This location was renovated from a retail space into an expanded showroom, showcasing both watercraft and outdoor apparel. The facility integrates areas for marine sales and service along with retail sections, creating a comprehensive outdoor recreation destination.

At 24,264 square feet, Cone Health's new Central Fill Pharmacy in Greensboro combines cutting-edge automation with thoughtful workspace design. The state-of-the-art facility features advanced Parata equipment in its automated fulfillment center while offering a mix of private and open offices, collaboration spaces, and an expansive meeting environment.
Community Clinic of High Point
The renovation of the Community Clinic of High Point involved converting three medical office suites in an existing building into the clinic's new home, covering a total area of 10,208 square feet. The updated space includes a pharmacy, exam rooms, an education area, and a waiting room.
AHWFB Westgate Pediatrics
The renovation at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Westgate Pediatrics included converting a 9,125 square foot existing office building into additional exam rooms, nurses stations, and a waiting room for the pediatrics practice.
