This independent living cottage renovation at Salemtowne included a total kitchen refresh, complete window replacement, and new flooring and paint throughout. A screen porch was also added to the back of the cottage. The renovation was closely coordinated with the resident and Salemtowne to ensure it met and exceeded the resident's needs.
The Guilford Duplexes are 10 duplex townhomes with 20 independent living units. The units feature one and two bedroom layouts with an open concept living area and private garage. Each duplex was built with custom high-end finishes, specific to the needs of the future residents.
These state-of-the-art independent living apartments are nestled into the midst of a beautiful 215-acre retirement community in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Landmark built the Creekside Neighborhood in three phases over a four-year timeframe. The Creekside Neighborhood consists of six apartment buildings and 72 units. Each of the three phases included the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of two, 12-unit buildings totaling 33,000 square feet each. Every apartment unit features an open floor plan with a large balcony, utility room and access to social areas and underground parking.
Located on the Arbor Acres campus, this fitness center addition includes an aquatic center with multiple pools, a group exercise room and an indoor track. Connected to Corpening Apartments by an indoor corridor with a lounge, the fitness center is easily accessible to all community residents.
This project involved the complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing three-story independent living complex on the Arbor Acres campus. The existing single-room efficiencies of the Corpening Building were converted to one-bedroom apartments complete with kitchens and upgraded interior finishes.
This 8,950 square foot memory care center addition doubled Arbor Acres’ patient capacity. The Memory Care center features 12 patient rooms, and large meeting and sitting areas.
This facility also features a covered walk-way to connect patients to the Health Center.
Asbury Apartments is a three-story, 116,000 square foot addition to the 32-year old existing assisted living facility. The addition provides 60 one and two bedroom apartments. The Asbury Apartments Assisted Living Community also features a physical therapy suite, a new kitchen and dining area, a library, sitting rooms, a spa and a beauty salon.
Located on nine acres directly adjacent to the Hospice & Palliative Care Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, this 33,894 square foot facility provides temporary housing for out-of-town patients and their families. SECU Family House providing 45 guest rooms, each with private baths. Other amenities include a common area living, dining and kitchen area, laundry facilities, patio and chapel.
