This 20,000 SF renovation located in Concord, NC includes updated corridors throughout the facility, with updates to the library, game room, and new mail lockers. This renovation provides a cross between luxury and comfort for the residents to enjoy.

Arbor Acres Croquet Court

The Arbor Acres Croquet Court renovation in Winston-Salem, NC, involved demolishing the existing fields and enhancing the site and utilities. Two new, progression-grade croquet courts were created to improve the facility. Approximately 6,000 cubic yards of dirt were excavated during the project to make way for the upgrades.

The Wellness Center is a 32,807 square foot, two-story addition that expands Friends Homes' residential experience with wellness and dining amenities. Seamlessly connected to existing apartments, the new facility features a bistro, indoor pool, large court, and recreational spaces, along with a dedicated dining facility for residents.

The John W. Red, Jr. Center for Assisted Living renovation totaled 11,100 square feet. The project included upfits and new finishes in the library, dining room, lobby, resident corridors, and two community rooms. The building was occupied during construction.
