This project consists of a new showroom and service area renovations totaling 29,000 square feet. The showroom interior features new mechanical and electrical systems, hard tile, carpet and glass walls. The new service area features customer drop-off and specialty lighting.
This project consisted of a new Acura showroom, two-level parking deck and service building addition. The new 8,000 square foot showroom features a skylight system, wood architectural features and tile walls.
This project is consists of two phases. Phase I was a lobby and common space renovation to create educational space focused on innovation and recycling. Phase II consists of a nearly 5,000 square foot complete renovation of the employee break area.
This building is Golf Pride’s headquarters, known as the new Global Innovation Campus located near the entrance to Pinehurst No. 8. The 36,000 square foot facility features corporate offices, a consumer interactive wine and a research and development operation. “We could not be more pleased with the building. It look fantastic,” said Golf Pride President Jamie Ledford, “It took a great team of people to come together to make it happen. It was a great team and together we created a great new building.”
Located in Greensboro, NC this two-story 35,000 square foot building features office and medical office space. The first story is occupied by Coley Cosmetic & Hand Surgery Center. This medical office space features a waiting room with a reception desk, exam rooms and a surgery suite. The second story is occupied by Compass Financial and includes a reception foyer, private offices and a large conference room.
22,158 square foot Class A corporate office space located in Charlotte, NC at the Piedmont Town Center. The project consisted of the renovation of existing third floor space and upfits on the remainder of the third floor area for the bank’s office expansion.
This 47,618 square foot two-story office building shell was built for Home Meridian to occupy the second floor for its Corporate Headquarters.
This 24,033 square foot three-story bank and office building is located on Green Valley Road in Greensboro. It features a drive-thru teller area, open office space, conference rooms and private offices.
