The Variable
The Variable is an office upfit on two floors within Bailey South in Winston-Salem, NC. Connecting the two floors is a 100-person, double-height amphitheater for presentations and larger meetings. The office also features open workspace, conference rooms, private offices, a break room, and several flexible work stations.
400 Bellemeade
This project is an office tower located at 400 Bellemeade in downtown Greensboro. The building stands nine stories tall and is adjacent to the Greensboro Grasshoppers ballpark.
UMC Charlotte
Located in the Hearst Tower in Charlotte, NC, this 6,060 square foot office upfit for United Maintenance Corporation features an open office concept, a break room and a classroom.
Big Brothers Big Sisters
This 5,000 square foot renovation was for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Winston-Salem and included their office space, common space, stair way and structural items.
Bailey South
This 75,000 square foot mixed-use development is located in the Innovation Quarter area of downtown Winston-Salem. The project included a historic renovation of the existing R.J. Reynolds Tobacco power plant and the addition of a six-story building. Bailey South features space for office, retail, and restaurant, emphasizing the Innovation Quarter's focus on the work, live, and play.
The Shop
This project is an opportunity zone adaptive re-use development located at 1100 N. Graham in Charlotte, NC. Known as “The Shop”, this project is over 41,000 square feet of creative commercial space. It involved repurposing multiple warehouse buildings with partial demolition of existing buildings, while keeping as much original brick, steel trusses and wood as possible.
605 Lexington Ave
This three-story multi-tenant office building is located in midtown Charlotte. The project totals 21,000 square feet and includes a third floor common space and an outside terrace.
