Our office renovation for Morrisette Packaging transformed their workspace to support collaboration while preserving company legacy. The project included a refreshed welcome lobby, modernized break room, updated offices and corridors, and purposeful collaboration areas. A highlight is the carefully curated Historical Morrisette Artifact Room, honoring the company's rich heritage while embracing the future.

The Arthrex Piedmont+ Medical Education Campus provides a place for local surgeons to practice new procedures and products that will help them better treat their patients. The renovation of existing space included the creation of an experimental lab, classroom, offices, conference room, and open lounge with a golf simulator. A retractable wall system was installed to provide the flexibility to separate both the lab and the classroom from the remaining office space.
Plant Seven at Congdon Yards is an adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation project of the former Adams-Millis Hosiery Mill in High Point, NC. This 94,931 square foot mixed use renovation features office space for businesses of various size, a dynamic public space with a coffee bar and a large makerspace, making it a hub for gathering, working and innovation. The atrium, consisting of an asymmetrical central stair tower and exposed elevator, connects the seven levels of the building.
