Carolina Core Football Club's new training facility, located in High Point, NC, spans 12,200 square feet and features exceptional amenities. The facility includes a cold plunge and sauna room, a physical therapy center, a cutting edge gym with automated garage doors, a film room, a kitchen, a locker room, and team bonding spaces.
The Pine Springs Preparatory Academy Elementary School expansion in Holly Springs, NC, added 16,354 square feet to the existing campus. The expansion included new classrooms, bathrooms, and collaboration spaces, as well as an outdoor seating area. These upgrades were designed to enhance the school's learning environment and functionality.
Together in partnership, Lexington Medical Center and the University of South Carolina have expanded the University's College of Nursing on the hospital's campus. The 52,000 square foot state-of-the-art nursing facility features a simulation suite and exam rooms, a home health learning center, three skills labs with 16 beds each, flexible classrooms, and academic support spaces.
Two Cities Church is located in the Industry Hill area of downtown Winston-Salem, NC on a nine acre site. The two-story worship center features a sanctuary with stadium seating and stage, classrooms, offices, an open lobby, and flex gathering space.
To create the new space for Salem Montessori School, a former bank was renovated into a learning environment. Each of the classrooms features natural light, an enclosed outdoor activity space, and flexible learning areas. There is also a large gathering area that accommodates up to 130 individuals. The renovation was designed with proper Montessori design techniques that promote the development of children.
This is a 28,000 square foot multi-functional renovation. The leadership center features overnight housing facilities, an indoor rappelling and climbing wall, a STEM lab, an art studio, a business education center, and a healthy-living kitchen.
The Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Center will provide a place for girl scouts to meet, learn and have fun together. As reported by the Columbia Regional Business Report, “The center will provide young women from across the Southeast the tools, space and support to empower themselves to become women of courage, confidence, and character.” Landmark is proud to be a part of a project that is making such an impact on our local community.
When the project was nearly complete, Landmark hosted a group of local girl scouts to splatter, spray and throw paint all over the walls of the new art room in the facility.
Calvary Christian School is a private school located in King, NC. The new 37,309 square foot education building features 14 classrooms for K-12 students, a large gymnasium, fellowship hall, commercial kitchen, and administrative offices. The school was built adjacent to Calvary Baptist Church with a courtyard connecting the two spaces.
At Pine Springs Preparatory Academy in Holly Springs, NC, we constructed a middle school addition on the charter school's existing campus. The 64,700 square foot, three-story building features multiple classrooms, administrative offices, a large gymnasium, assembly area and common collaborative spaces.
