Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, this 9,900 square foot outpatient surgical center is North Carolina’s first physician-owned Ear, Nose and Throat ASC. This surgical center is located just blocks from Piedmont Ear Nose and Throat Associates’ medical office building. This specialized facility allows the opportunity for patients to undergo outpatient procedures at a convenient location.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and includes two operating room with full pre-op, recovery and administration spaces.

Located at 170 Kimel Park, this 37,013 square foot, two-story medical office facility was followed by a 30,673 square foot, two-story facility at 180 Kimel Park. Both include high performance glass, exterior masonry detailing, extensive interior millwork and two-story grade level parking.

Conveniently located off Interstate 40 and in close proximity to Hanes Mall and Forsyth Medical Center, building projects completed in Kimel Park include Orthopaedic Specialists (170 and 180), MedCost (165), QualChoice (100), Carolina Urological Associates (140), Third Party Marketing (150), and a multi-tenant specialty facility (145) providing medical offices for Wake Forest University, Novant Health Fluoroscopy OR Surgical Center, Advanced Pain Management, Piedmont Anesthesia & Pain, Triad Neurology, Piedmont Triad Anesthesia, Dr. John Wright and Dr. Mark Lyerly.

Additional phases in construction include diagnostic rooms, dexa room, CT/scan room, conference room, fluoro room, waiting room, scheduling room and kitchen renovations.

This 10,850 square foot medical facility includes vaulted waiting room, 17 exam rooms, shot clinic to accommodate 80 people, breakroom, complete kitchen, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, and custom cabinetry.
