Novant Kernersville Medical Office Building I

This two-story, 30,752 square foot medical office building houses six practices, including: Novant Cancer Center, Winston-Salem Cardiology, Salem Surgical, Bariatric Suite, Triad Plastic Surgery and The Forsyth Nutrition Center.

Each medical suite was upfitted to accommodate the unique practice. The Cancer Center includes a linear accelerator for radiation treatment and a pharmacy for in-house medication preparation. The Forsyth Nutrition Center includes a classroom and kitchen for educational classes. All suites include multiple exam rooms, waiting rooms with reception, and surgical/procedure rooms.

Cone Health Ambulatory Surgical Center

This 76,000 square foot facility is located in High Point, North Carolina, and features an ambulatory care center on the first floor, and medical office space on the second and third floors. The ambulatory care center was constructed with a separate entrance, three ambulance stations, and space for a mobile MRI unit, CT scanner and radiation treatment equipment. The second and third floors house over ten tenants, including and oncology office and a rehabilitation center.

OrthoCarolina Ambulatory Surgery Center

Located in Charlotte, NC, this 13,000 square foot renovation included converting the second story of medical office space into an ambulatory surgical center with three operating rooms. The first story of this building was fully occupied and operational during construction. In addition to the second story renovation, Landmark added a full size elevator, elevated corridor and a drop off canopy to the facility.

Brownstone Office & Medical Building

Located in Greensboro, NC this two-story 35,000 square foot building features office and medical office space. The first story is occupied by Coley Cosmetic & Hand Surgery Center. This medical office space features a waiting room with a reception desk, exam rooms and a surgery suite. The second story is occupied by Compass Financial and includes a reception foyer, private offices and a large conference room.

Located in Asheboro, NC, this 7,300 square foot ambulatory surgical center features two operating rooms with full pre-op and recovery rooms. The facility also features multiple nurses stations and administration areas.

This 20,422 square foot multi-tenant medical office building for Novant Health includes six different finished office spaces. The office spaces were built for Novant Health Village Point Family Medicine, LabCorp, Novant Health Cardiology, Novant Health Triad Surgical Associates, Novant Health Salem Surgical Associates, Novant Health Pinnacle Orthopedics, Novant Health Rehabilitation Center, Novant Health Colon and Rectal Clinic.

This 39,588 square foot medical office building is located in Kernersville, North Carolina. The building is part of the Forsyth Medical Park – Kernersville Satellite medical office development.

This two-story brick and renaissance stone facility provides medical space for a wide range of tenants, including: Kernersville Internal Medicine, Kernersville MRI, Lyndhurst OB-GYN, Piedmont Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology, Piedmont Hematology-Oncology Associates, Spectrum Lab and Winston-Salem Cardiology.

Piedmont Ear Nose Throat Associates

Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina this medical office building totals over 22,000 square feet. The facility features a monumental stairway with clerestory skylights and an expansive waiting room.

An operating room suite was a subsequent renovation to Piedmont Ear Nose & Throat Associates. The renovation included the addition of a new procedure and holding room, new restrooms, clean and dirty rooms and a nurse / administration station.
