LeBauer Healthcare is a 19,500 square foot, two-story medical office building located in Greensboro, NC. It houses two practices – Primary Care and Sports Medicine. This medical office building features more than 30 exam rooms, an operation room, a x-ray room, an ultrasound room, a concussion clinic and a lab.
The 7,200 square foot renovation at Wake Forest Baptist Health Wilkes involved the conversion of administration space into a high volume clinical space. The new Hematology/Oncology unit features 10 infusion rooms, two private infusion rooms, nine exams rooms and office space. Construction occurred within an occupied hospital.
This 85,114 square foot, multi-phased project is located on the ground floor of Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. The project includes the relocation of their pharmacy, clean rooms, new air handling units, a new dining area and various departmental renovations. The project was completed in phases to keep all hospital services active during construction.

This Ambulatory Surgical Center is located on the third floor of Novant Kernersville Medical Office Building II. The surgical center features a waiting room, multiple operating rooms, pre-op spaces, recovery bays and a state of the art equipment sterilization room.
This three-story, 59,976 square foot medical office building is nestled between the existing Kernersville Medical Center (hospital) Kernersville Medical Office Building I. This building houses ten medical specialty practices on the first and second floor including: Womancare, Bariatric Surgery, Bariatric Solutions, Rehabilitation, OSMK, Neurology, LabCorp and Urology. The third floor is home to an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
This surgical center is over 60,000 square feet, and includes 13 operating rooms, four procedure rooms, a 10-bed extended care facility and all supporting ancillary areas. Landmark worked closely with the owner and design team to expedite the construction schedule against a very complicated building design. Landmark utilized a BIM Box with 3D models at this site, enabling all job site personnel have access to real-time project data.
