Lexington Medical Center and University of South Carolina College of Nursing

Together in partnership, Lexington Medical Center and the University of South Carolina have expanded the University's College of Nursing on the hospital's campus. The 52,000 square foot state-of-the-art nursing facility features a simulation suite and exam rooms, a home health learning center, three skills labs with 16 beds each, flexible classrooms, and academic support spaces.

Lexington Medical Center Graduate Medical Education Facility

This project is a 45,000 square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility housing Lexington Medical Center's Graduate Medical Education program. The three-story building features patient care clinics with more than 60 exam and procedure rooms, instructional space, offices, and a rooftop terrace. Students in the residency programs will be able to learn and treat patients in this building while obtaining their primary care education.

Piedmont Retina Specialists

Piedmont Retina Specialists is a single-story upfit in a medical office building. The medical practice has 17 exam rooms, three procedure rooms, and three imaging suites to treat and diagnose patients with retinal disease. The spacious waiting areas, soothing colors, and high-end finishes create a welcoming environment for patients.

Digestive Health Specialists

This project for Digestive Health Specialists is a two-story medical office upfit in Kimel Park. The space was designed with the patient's visit experience in mind, with traditional exam rooms and an infusion area on the lower level and procedures occurring on the upper level.
The project also features specialty medical equipment in the pathology lab, decontamination area, and procedure rooms.

This project is a 35,171 square foot medical office building in Kimel Park, one of the premier medical office parks in Winston-Salem, NC. The three-story shell building has a drive-through drop off with canopy, high-end finishes, and space to house multiple medical practices.

Lexington Medical Center Saluda Pointe

Lexington Medical Center Saluda Pointe is an urgent care and imaging center located in Lexington, SC. The 23,000 square foot new construction is a high-tech concept building with complex mechanical and electrical systems. It features multiple ICU and exam rooms, as well as an x-ray and MRI room.

Prisma Health Raymond P.H. Bynoe, MD Surgical Trauma Unit

The Prisma Health Raymond P.H. Bynoe, MD Surgical Trauma Unit (STICU) will carry on the hospital’s legacy of caring for the most severely injured patients. This center is the most technologically advanced ICU in South Carolina. The new private room, 18-bed STICU has several features designed to promote the healing of its patients including: special tunable lighting to help stabilize patients, modular boom columns in every patient room, infection control design elements, latest technology in ventilators, metabolic carts, bronchoscopy scopes and supply pyxis machines in every room. The new space also features a family area with desks, charging stations, recliners and restrooms. To aid in training of the healthcare team, the facility also has a collaborative work space, eight private workstations, a confectioner room and multimedia simulation room.

Prisma Health Children’s Hospital

This project includes the renovation of the Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital. This renovation is the home of South Carolina’s FIRST pediatric inpatient rehabilitation program. This is a very exciting and important project for Palmetto Health and the community of Columbia, SC.
