Rock Creek Center III Expansion

This 90,000 square foot industrial building in Whitsett, NC serves as warehouse and distribution space for Prepac Manufacturing. Less than a year after operations commenced at Prepac Manufacturing's first facility on the East Coast, the company decided to build an expansion adjacent to its existing facility to provide greater distribution capacity for the growing company. The building was constructed with tilt-up concrete walls, and features 18 dock doors including one drive-in door.
