Project Foresight

This 805,612 square foot facility in Kernersville, NC houses a warehouse, distribution center and two floors of office space for one of the largest apparel manufacturers in the United States. The expansive facility includes a three-story mezzanine and is constructed with conventional steel framing, pre-cast walls and a TPO membrane roof.
