This project consists of a 330,000 square foot warehouse and distribution building with trucker’s lounge and a 65,000 square foot, two-story office. The facility is constructed with conventional steel framing, pre-cast walls, and a TPO membrane roof. Landmark also completed subsequent upgrades including a data center, call center, IT space, and office and mezzanine renovations. In addition, multiple warehouse and site modifications have been done. The second major phase was a 420,000 square foot warehouse facility which includes an inbound office, operations office and back office area. This space also includes a 21,000 square foot second floor office area.
