Polykemi

Located in Dallas, NC, this industrial project for a plastic compounding company totals 70,280 square feet. The existing building was upfit to meet the needs of Polykemi and a 10,000 square foot tilt-wall space was added for an expanded manufacturing area. The building features a large production area, product storage, labs, offices, a locker room, and a two-story mezzanine. This project is Polykemi's first manufacturing facility in the United States.
