Friends Homes

Landmark Builders completed a continuing care retirement community expansion at Friends Homes in Greensboro, NC. The project includes both resident housing and amenities. Across both Friends Homes campuses, we added 11 independent living cottages, 14 duplex townhomes, and three villa apartments. The new two-story wellness center is connected to existing apartments and features a bistro, indoor pool, large ball court, and recreational space. We also built a new dining facility for residents to enjoy.
