Welcome to Landmark Builders' on-line plan room. It enables invited subcontractors and suppliers to view, print, download or purchase plans for estimating purposes, without having to come to our office or be restricted to our business hours. It is our hope that you will find it an easier way to do business with Landmark. The use of this site for VIEWING, DOWNLOADING, and printing on YOUR equipment is at NO CHARGE. However, if you order prints to be made for you, the print shop WILL need you to pay for them. Pricing is at standard rates per square foot. If your company has contract pricing with Sharpe Images those rates will be honored. If, after you have signed up as a new member, you want to download any plans, give us a call, so that we can enable that feature.
