Growing physicians groups spur $5M medical project The Business Journal of the Greater Triad Area - by Steve Ivey Staff writer A 16,000-square-foot, nearly $5 million medical office has opened in Greensboro to house two growing physician offices. The office, at 2105 Braxton Lane, will house Spine & Scoliosis Specialists and the oral and facial surgical practice of Drs. Stephen Stroud, Jason Mohorn, James Belcher and Steven G. Gollehon. Each will occupy about 8,000 square feet in the new office, which was built by Landmark Builders. Dr. Max Cohen, who moved his spine specialist practice from North Church Street, hired a second physician in September and will add a third early next year. Each of the three specialize in different spine surgeries and procedures. The practice has also hired 11 new staff members since the summer and will add another five or six in the coming months. |
