Paul Stephens founded Landmark Builders, Inc. in 1975 with a determination to make his company "the chosen builder who consistently delivers what is promised." Paul's vision laid the foundation for the phenomenal growth of Landmark Builders into one of the largest construction companies in the region, employing well over 100 people. Under his guidance, Landmark has become one of the most trusted and respected companies in our markets.

Landmark's Commercial Building Division has earned coveted status as one of the best choices for top quality construction services. Broad experience and expertise in medical, office, retail, religious, and industrial building, is reflected in the many notable buildings constructed by Landmark. A second key division – the Upfit/Renovation Division - has delivered the same level of exemplary service for over twenty years.

Throughout three decades of success in the Piedmont Triad, Landmark has continually grown and evolved.  Each exciting new venture – such as the expansion of operations into high rise construction and the opening of a North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina office - is carried out with unwavering commitment to Landmark's founding principles.

The ownership group of Landmark is comprised of; Rusty Garrett, President and CEO:  Steve Stephens, Executive Vice President and COO: Sam Stephens, Executive Vice President; and Jim Ruffin, Executive Vice President.  Together, with the support of a dedicated team of employees, they have worked to solidify the Landmark reputation as a well managed company that continues to meet and exceed the goals of its founder.
